Where do we ship from?
We ship our product directly from Toronto, Canada
Ordering & Payment
$300 CAD minimum for opening orders. Orders can be made by phone or email. Payment can be made by pre-paid check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). By default, all payments are processed at the time of shipment.
Cancellations & Return
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. A nominal handling fee will be added to all orders. Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. Chippi & Co is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
